The threading module offered by Mécasoft allows the insertion of strings type "pull-son" in your crowns of plastic pipes to facilitate your production process and that of your customers.
No need to integrate wire pull module in your extrusion machine, we will take care of it! You will be able to manage the exact length of string to put in your crowns but also to integrate the threading process to our winders by simplifying your workflow!
This module can be divided into 2 ways:
-An external module communicating directly with our winders
-A standalone module
The threader can put string in your pipes from Ø40mm up to Ø200mm!
